The Williams Family Scholarship
The Williams Family Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students from an Arkansas High School with demonstrated financial need. The Williams Family Scholarship will consider applications that meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate student – sophomore, junior or senior
- Pell grant eligible with high financial need (has FAFSA on file)
- Graduate of an Arkansas high school
- Enrolled full-time during semester the scholarship is awarded (minimum of 12 credits)
- Minimum 2.25 cumulative GPA
- Demonstrated current University or community on or off-campus leadership experiences
and/or work/internship experiences - Preference to students from Clark and St. Francis Counties, Arkansas.
- Consideration may also be given to first generation college-going status, challenges overcome, or being from a geographical area that is less well-represented at the University.
