Recipients must demonstrate financial need. Each application will be considered on an individual basis, taking into account the applicant’s potential contribution to academic excellence and the educational environment at the University. Consideration may also be given to a student having a record of overcoming challenges, being physically challenged and/or visually impaired, status as a first-generation college student, or being from a geographical area that is less well-represented in the School of Law. Preference will be given to an incoming 1L student.
