Leadership for Climate Action Design Scholarship Endowment

Any Fay Jones student entering their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year. Preference is given to Arkansans.

Students must submit an essay demonstrating their professional commitment, leadership, and capability to:

• Advance profound ideas and solutions for carbon neutrality.
• Advance measures for design excellence that affect far-reaching social and environmental consequences.
• Advance ideas and solutions that anticipate the long-term effects of climate
  change for populations and regions.

When applying, students must also submit a project electronically (such as narrative, video,
illustrations, mixed media, etc.) that considers the following:

• The science and effects of global warming and climate change,
• Leadership and design processes that promote new practices, priorities, and
• methodologies,
• Design thinking and outcomes for consequential climate action.
