Hilliard and Eloise Jackson Scholarship Fund

Eligible applicants for this scholarship must be Arkansas residents, with first preference given to students from Crawford or Franklin Counties. One scholarship shall be awarded to a student majoring in Human Environmental Sciences and another scholarship to a student majoring in Agricultural Business.
