H.P. Engineering Freshman Recruiting Scholarship in Design

The purpose of the H.P. Engineering Freshmen Recruiting Scholarship in Design is to provide financial
assistance to freshmen students entering the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design, with a
preference to Native American students.
1. Preference will be given to those students with a confirmed affiliation or membership with a federally or state recognized Native American tribe;
2. Documentation of tribal affiliation or membership is required;
3. Students residing in any geographic location are eligible for consideration;
4. Students must be enrolled fulltime in the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design;
5. For initial award, students must be entering his / her freshman year (traditional and nontraditional students);
6. Students must be enrolled in the professional program in architecture. landscape architecture or interior design;
7. Student must demonstrate financial need;
