Virginia O'Neal Gardner Endowed Scholarship

Eligible applicants are students preparing to become secondary teachers. First preference is given to graduates of high schools in Hope, Arkansas. Second preference is given to graduates of high schools in southwest Arkansas (LaFayette, Miller, Little River, Hempstead, and Sevier Counties). Third preference is given to graduates of any high school in Arkansas.
